Telephone Support (for telephone subscribers only):

Scheduled telephone calls help when in-depth project support and coaching is needed. Telephone calls are held in ˝ hr. intervals up to 1hour per call. They must be scheduled in advance and can be held within 24 hours of request, if needed.

Regularly Scheduled Phone Follow-Ups (for E-mail subscribers):

This is your opportunity to update us on your priorities and plans and raise any questions that have not come up during the E-mail exchanges.

  • Bradner & Associates Owner, Jeanne H. Bradner is a well-known and nationally respected author, consultant, trainer and speaker on volunteerism, board development and leadership with a unique understanding of the relationship among local, state and federal government and nonprofits. She is the program specialist for Harper College’s (Palatine, Illinois) certificate programs in nonprofit and volunteer management.
  • KM Consulting & Training Connection Owner, Kathy McCleskey is an international trainer and consultant. She has worked in the field of volunteerism for over 25 years as a volunteer, a manager of volunteer programs, as a member of various nonprofit boards and committees, and as a trainer and consultant. In that time frame, she has trained over 10,000 participants in six foreign countries and in over a quarter of the 50 United States. She was one of 16 recipients in the nation in 2001 recognized by the USDA Graduate School for her training excellence. She has received a variety of awards for her service, including the Army's highest award, the Emma Baird Award, and has received AVA's 2000 Harriet Naylor Distinguished Member Service Award for promotion of the profession.
