Why Retain Us
Expertise
We are not trying to be all things to all people. We offer specialized services
in non-profit marketing and management. We stay abreast of new technologies,
skills and information in the field. Our network includes individuals from
national organizations, corporations, non-profit organizations and other
consultants.
Efficiency
Because we are specialized we have the tools, skills and resources that often
allow us to perform an assignment better, faster and more economically than
clients can on their own. We do not believe in “reinventing the wheel.” If the
tool already exists, clients realize a cost savings.
Concentration
Because we can concentrate on accomplishing an assignment quickly, our clients
are free to operate the on-going business without diversion.
Anonymity
Because we are independent firm, we can work behind the scenes. And, we will
always keep all information received about a client confidential.
Objectivity
We bring a fresh viewpoint, unencumbered by the stress and bias of the
business. If we cannot help our client, we will say so, and refer them to other
appropriate sources. We will never be used simply as outside stamp of approval.
It is our job to remain impartial in our analysis and advise.
How We Work
The Nonprofit Strategies Team recognizes the need to fully understand a
problem’s scope before solutions are offered. The initial meeting focuses on:
-
identifying the problem’s background and current issues
-
discussing potential courses of action to facilitate problem solving
-
examining agency resources to determine if low cost in-house solutions are
available
-
defining agency resources to help minimize project costs
This briefing session is offered without obligation. When
hired, a detailed proposal/letter of agreement is prepared, including:
-
statement of project scope or issue to be solved
-
action plan (or workshop outline)
-
timetable
-
fee for services
