How We Work

The Nonprofit Strategies Team recognizes the need to fully understand a problem’s scope before solutions are offered. The initial meeting focuses on:

  • identifying the problem’s background and current issues
  • discussing potential courses of action to facilitate problem solving
  • examining agency resources to determine if low cost in-house solutions are available
  • defining agency resources to help minimize project costs

This briefing session is offered without obligation. When hired, a detailed proposal/letter of agreement is prepared, including:

  • statement of project scope or issue to be solved
  • action plan (or workshop outline)
  • timetable
  • fee for services
